Hello Confidence Method

Worry Time

You don’t have to solve every worry the moment it appears.
⏱ Time
Under 1 minute now; 15–20 minutes later
🎯 Best for
Repetitive worries that keep interrupting your day
♥ Helps you
Reduce mental urgency and choose when to engage

When to use it

When your brain won’t let a worry go.

Try this method when:

your mind keeps replaying the same worries

anxious thoughts interrupt your day

you can’t focus because your brain won’t let go

you’re mentally exhausted from overthinking

Why it helps

Not every worry is urgent.

Your brain often treats every worrying thought as urgent.

By giving your worries a dedicated time later, you teach your brain that they don’t need your attention right now.

Over time, this helps reduce the constant feeling of mental urgency.

Try it now

Give worry a time—not the whole day.

01

Choose one daily Worry Time.

Set aside 15–20 minutes.

02

When a worry appears outside that time, say:

“I’ll think about this during Worry Time.”
03

Write it down if you’re afraid you’ll forget.

Then return to what you were doing.

04

During Worry Time, ask:

  • Can I do something about this?
  • Does this still matter?
  • Is this something I can let go of?

🌿 Remember this

Not now. I have time for this later.

Take this with you

Not every thought deserves your attention the moment it appears.

Choosing when to think about your worries is a powerful way of taking back control.
